It’s in a great location. Bela Cintra and nearby Oscar Freire offer great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping and are very safe. It’s also very close to Av Paulista, which isn’t very nice, but has good access to the Metro and buses. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with good aircon and a nice shower. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice.

The staff is very nice and helpful. They helped me change rooms when my first room was too noisy for conference calls (due to hotel renovation) and they called to make sure I was able to retrieve my passport when at first I thought I forgot my security code to the safe. Breakfast was good too. Thanks!

Hotel ws near Avenida Paulista, so well locate. Breakfast was good. My room had sort of a small kitchen with a microwave. No coffee in the room but there was a kettle.

The rooms were very quiet, with comfy beds and a great shower. There was a good breakfast and a very friendly staff. The hotel has an excellent location, very close to Av. Paulista. The pool was on maintenance, so I couldn't check the other facilities.

Prime location in the Jardins, within (safe) walking or easy uber distance of great bars and restaurants. Excellent breakfast and very attentive staff. The room was very clean.

Great location, close to Av Paulista, 2 subway lines, and the Jardim neighborhood's shops. It is a standard and reliable chain hotel. Would definitely stay for other occasions.

Great location. Good breakfast with a wide variety of dishes and fresh fruit. Clean rooms had all the amenities you need, but do not expect luxury or design.

Great location, near Paulista Avenue, shopping center, bars and restaurants. The hotel is very well maintained and staff is friendly and professional. Room was spacious and comfortable, everything was very clean also. Breakfast was really good with many options. The restaurant was also good with good range of dishes and reasonable prices. I was allowed to stay till 02pm on my last day without having to pay more for that. Really appreciated that.
